Foundations of Equity: 20 Hour Inclusive Leadership Training 

Standard option: 20-hour intensive equity training held in small cohorts of 30 to 40 participants at YWCA-Evanston North Shore HQ.

Who is it for?  

Cohorts are made up of diverse professionals in diverse fields and industries, Evanston and North Shore community members, and anyone dedicated to creating a more just world. Participants register on a first come, first served basis.

Alternative option available: Foundations of Equity can be customized for your organization and you can have your own team cohort participate in its own leadership training experience.

Consulting & Professional Development for Organizations  

Customized packages available which may include any of the following:  

• Assessment – surveys, interviews, focus groups 

• Equity Audits – review of internal and external communications and materials 

• Training for Staff, People Managers, and Leadership Team – covers a variety of leadership and equity related topics customized to your needs 

• Strategic Planning – review of assessment results and equity audits to work on goal setting and vision work 

• Follow Up Assessment – typically done 12 to 18 months following initial assessment
