Racial Justice Program
We know that racism is more than personal bias. Racism continues because it is built into our institutions and policies, fostering predictable patterns of inequity.
We are dedicated to promoting racial equity at the individual, interpersonal, and institutional levels by partnering with individuals and institutions through training and education, community engagement programs, and annual events.
We believe that all people have the right to be heard, and we believe in the value of listening. We also believe that education exposes truth and leads to greater understanding, and ultimately, to action.
