Aqua Aerobics

Join us for Aqua Aerobics, which is designed to improve cardio-vascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. All exercises are performed to music in our pool, minimizing stress and impact on muscles, joints, and ligaments.

August 31 – December 1 (no class Nov. 25-28)

In accordance with current protocols, Aqua Aerobics is currently available for five participants at a time (one per lane) at the following times:

  • Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
    8:30-9:30 am
  • Wednesday
    9:15-10:15 am

Fee is $15/class and reservations must be made ahead of time via Community Pass, our online registration portal. All fees are non-refundable and you cannot cancel once a reservation is made. If you are unable to participate, you will still be charged.

Please note that our Covid-19 protocols are in effect, including:

  • Wearing a mask/face covering at all times on YWCA grounds except when swimming;
  • No locker rooms (swimmers must arrive and depart in swimsuits); and
  • Bringing your own equipment, including kickboards and pull buoys.

Book a time slot

To book a time slot, you’ll first create an account on Community Pass (or use your existing account and add the lap swimmer). Once you create your account, you’ll go to “Other Aquatics Programs,” click on “Aqua Aerobics” and when you add this to your cart, you’ll see a list of available times to select. You’ll also need to add the Covid-19 waiver/agreement to your cart prior to checkout.

No walk-ins are allowed. You must be registered for a time slot via Community Pass in order to participate.
