For over 40 years, the Crowded Closet consignment shop has been a staple in our North Shore community and shopping destination for mid to high end women’s designer clothing.

YWCA Evanston/North Shore is now honored to have the opportunity to steward Crowded Closet’s legacy into the future. We’re also looking forward to enabling synergy between our two shops, Crowded Closet and YWCA Shop for Good in Wilmette.

Just like YWCA Shop for Good, 100% of profits from Crowded Closet support YWCA’s domestic violence and economic advancement programs, helping hundreds of women and children throughout northeastern Cook County.

Come visit us at our renovated new space!

We moved down the street in September to freshly renovated space at 820 Dempster St. in Evanston. Please come visit!
