Tiffany brings years of expertise in using an equity lens to inform policy and advocacy. A trained psychologist, she is co-founder of the Chicagoland Equity Network and former director of the Institute on Social Exclusion at Adler University.
Eileen Hogan Heineman

Eileen has been a racial equity facilitator and trainer for 20 years. In nine years at YWCA, she has developed workshops and institutional training modules, and consulted with education, community and faith-based organizations, and civic groups.

LeAnn has eleven years of experience in the non-profit sector, where she has developed a focus on helping communities and organizations integrate equity and justice into their mission, identity, and core commitments.

Rachel Sax uses data to understand the impact of the organization’s work on participants. Prior to YWCA, she was a research project coordinator at Northwestern University Department of Psychiatry.
rebecca brown is a facilitator, trainer, organizational consultant, project manager and poet. She brings 15+ years of nonprofit leadership--rooted in reflective dialogue and engaging facilitation--to her organization development consultation.
Rina creates comfortable environments for open dialogue in interactive workshops for your Diversity, Equity & Inclusion mission. She has over 20 years of experience consulting and customizing curricula to meet the needs of professionals and students.
Sarah E. Dennis, Ph.D.
Sarah is an anti-bias/anti-racism coach, educator and organizer, a co-founder of New Roots. Dr. Dennis is also an adjunct professor of education at UIC and a co-facilitator for the Woods' Fund's Truth, Racial Healing Transformation Initiative.
Dr. Ivette Dubiel
Dr. Dubiel is considered a subject matter expert in equity. She currently serves as Chief Equity Officer for Systemic Educational Equity, LLC, where she guides and supports school districts in their efforts to advance systemic equity.
Yvonnie DuBose, MSNM is a mom, educator, student of life, Racial Equity Coach & Practitioner, co-Founder of New Roots: Growing Anti-Racist & Anti-Bias Communities & a TRHT Certified Racial Healer.
Adria has almost 20 years of experience in educational leadership, operations management, and organizational development and has served as an advocate for racial and social justice throughout her professional career.

Dr. Gilo Kwesi Logan
Dr. Logan combines over 10 years of experience as an internationally recognized leadership and diversity consultant and speaker having worked and lived in 23 countries with 15+ years experience as an adjunct professor of diversity and social justice.
Tracy is an advocate for equity in education, a master facilitator, and a curriculum developer. She has developed and implemented professional development for educators and community partners, and supported under-resourced schools.
Geri is the co-founder of Community Wellness Institute (CWI) Evanston whose teaching, research, and practice are centered on advancing social and racial justice.
Heather is an urban planner and adjunct professor of Geography at DePaul University. She has over 20 years of nonprofit experience and is a racial healing practitioner trained through the Woods Fund Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation Initiative.
As a SEED facilitator, public/private school educator, CPS graduate, an immigrant and a civically engaged individual, Dilnaz been building bridges in many institutions for over 25 years.

Wendy is an adult educator with more than 25 years’ experience. She works with adult university students, trains faculty educators and serves as a a facilitator for Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation racial healing circles.
