Stand Against Racism 2021

The annual Stand Against Racism is a signature campaign of YWCA USA to build community among those who work for racial justice and to raise awareness about the negative impact of institutional and structural racism in our communities.

Here’s what we have planned:

  • Wednesday, April 21, 12-1 pm: Let’s Talk @ Lunch, Stand Against Racism edition. Register here.
  • Thursday, April 22, 12-1 pm: Conversation with Evonda Thomas Smith, former assistant director of the Illinois Department of Public Health, on addressing racism as a public health crisis. Learn more and register here.
