New Year-Fresh Start is a three-part workshop that will help participants identify internal and external barriers to becoming their best selves. Participants will generate ideas and action steps towards becoming the person they inspire to be.
Attend all three sessions or select the sessions that interest you the most.
Conversations will be guided by a series of prompts, but we look forward to having open and honest discussions outside of these prompts.
Conversation 1- Achieving your wildest dreams – January 11, 2022
What are your dreams? Are you comparing your life to others on social media What would be on your bucket list if you knew you couldn’t fail? Join us and create a plan toward achieving your bucket list.
Conversation 2- Creating a healthy work-life – January 18, 2022
What are you striving for? What has been difficult to this point? How are we presenting ourselves in these areas? Join us and create a plan toward creating a healthy work-life.
Conversation 3- Prioritizing self-care – January 25, 2022
Describe your aspirational home and personal life. Do you make time for real connections? Is communication difficult? Join us and create a plan for self-care.
